just go anywhere and see what is the dress code of Indian women now a days, there activities and living style. See any ad. they are showing all the vital parts of their body, WHY? just to earn money. at that time where is their prestige? Now a days it is very hard to see TV with your family, just to earn money today’s women are crossing all the limits and saying it is art.
You can see the ad which are cheaper than the “lusty literaure” (ASHLILYA SAHITYA) which is ban for publication but in ad’s and films everythins allowed.

Govt. schemes are based on feminist NGO just to get more and more grant. Will anyone give me the justification fo rgiving the Rs.20,000/- to every rape victim compalinant (which may be provood false)?
It is just to file more and more more rape cases and earn money. Can the prestige of REAL RAPE VICTIM be regained in rs.20,000/-
then why this money is envolved?

this is all game of MONEY, MONEY, MONEY…………………

What if prestige is of no importance to her and family?????

What if they measure their prestige with the stack of money they have??????

The Supreme court indulges in some circular reasoning here! When the matter at hand is about whether there was sexual assault on woman, how convenient it is to first assume she is a victim of sexual assault and based on that take her sole testimony as the full evidence which proves there was sexual assault on her?

Ram Jethamalani is right on the dot. The govt should come out with a standard consent form which men must fill up before having sex with any woman. Else a man can be accused of rape at any time!
