may i know the if they lose the case if i can proceed for prestige lose case against her father and brother .in this case they did not include his brother s name .They put on 2010 April 498a case against me and my family.i lose my mother and my son with me she live my son and gone away and her father and her cousin put this case against us .and they did not include his brothers name and they are not responding . i already get divorce but my lawyer he prolong this case for money. i esquire they are not in there in the given address.they live there and gone away i don’t no where they are pls give me the details if i can put a case of prestige damage against her brother is it is possible pls give me an advice.what i have to do.

I married on 31/05/2009,Even single day also not with me and she went out my home all our belongings jewelary worth Rs 4 lakh as pree planed, After 2 year’s she is lodge false complaint 498/a entaire our family 10 member and now asking 6 lakh money to compromise…

Dear Sir,
I am proud to know about the false FIR registered by the Victim wife to proceed against her husband in every respect even she engaged illicit relations with others have no binding laws against her still she always threatened father-in-laws house to file 498A and 4 DP Act and still continued as she is protected by the Indian penal laws, there is no remedies still now to prohibut the in-actions.

The main aim of the slut walk is to focus on increasing rapes due to provocative dress of females, and two days ago when Miss Pooja speaking she was talking about the statics. I just went through the statics, I found in 2007 total rape cases booked are 18359 and this is termed as the cruelty of men. On the other hand we should look at Section 498a of IPC under which in the year 2007 the total number cases booked are 75930 in these cases 120745 men were put behind the bars and in these cases less then 2% is the conviction rate i.e only 2475 people were found guilty this proves that the crime over men by women is more. The slut walk is for freedom of women which had got attention, on May 26th 2011 there was protest against women was held in B’lore no media covered it, As a result of which the common man think that women are the suffers in India, In reality it is other way round.

498A id very effective and dangerous weapon in the hands of women which is intended only to protect the innocent women who harassed by husband and his relatives, but now a days woman are are misusing the weapon aiming the same against innocent woman only because they are happened as mother, sisters and sister-in-law to and male person.

Women are equally good and evil as men.
We Indians, especially Hindus, deserve a BIG BLAME for constantly saying,
‘WE WORSHIP WOMEN! WE WORSHIP WOMEN!’.
WHY? Yes, by all means, respect your mother.
Respect your wife, respect your kids and elders.
BUT GET RID OF THIS STUPID IDEA OF WORSHIPPING WOMEN.

Women can commit every single crime a man can.
Moreover, it is psychologically proven that women don’t entirely understand
the concept of justice and fairplay in the sense, men practice it.
This has to do with the evolution of different genders over thousands of years.
It also has to do with the way boys learn to play games and fights …
and understand that winning or losing is a one time event.
It is not worth holding a grudge against the winner or the loser.
In fact, a friend today can fall out and become a foe.
Also, an opponent today can become the best friend tomorrow!
It is not necessarily the mindset that women possess.

There is great truth to the fickle nature of women.
So, why then are we crazily singing ‘WE WORSHIP WOMEN! WE WORSHIP WOMEN!’.
SHE IS OUT TO MAKE LIFE MISERABLE FOR YOU,
AND YOU STILL WORSHIP HER?
HOW STUPID OF YOU! BREAK THIS HABIT. AND EDUCATE YOUR FRIENDS ALSO.

In event of false complaint U/s 498 A , MEN ARE NOT PROHIBITED TO FILE COUNTER COMPLAINT UNDER VARIOUS SECTIONS OF I.P.C SUCH AS CRUELTY, HURT, GRIVIOUS HURT, DEFERMATION , BLACKMAILING, INITIATING FALSE PROCEEDING ETC. SO MEN ALSO SHOULD COUNTER FILE THE COMPLAINT AGAINST SUCH EVIL FAMILY . TODAY TIT FOR TAT IS THE ONLY ANSWER TO SUCH EVILS.

Hi i am pradeep from tal bhusawal,dist-jalgaon.Maharastra.I am also a victim of 498a.Due to which i lost my job in the central govt.So i have taken admission in law and now i am appearing my final year exam next month.I would also like to share my experience.But beside giving personal experiences if the decisions of high courts and supreme court can also be quoted it would help the freshers suffering from this evil section of IPC.
