Me and my husband loved each other and got married on 6th june 2011. We had difference of opinion still my husband forced me to get married to him . as i also loved i dint object much. but after marriage listening to his parents words and sister our clash became more. he tried to phycally hit me even i tried to defend it. ut later i used to cry and sit as i couldn defend . then sometimes he used to consol but never say sorry. but one day when i enquired why he is late he dint talk just he went and slept. when i told to drink the milkshake which i prepared he dint respond. with love i pinced him. for that simple thing he hurt himself and told than ur torture i will suicide. i thought he was doing it for scaring me but it accidently got stuck. i only tuk him to hospital there my cousins came for my help as his family was at mysore for new yr. then later he told not to inform his family as he gets scoldings. i listened to him as he was not well. but the next day wen his sister came from mys back we went to their place and told what happened. police had cum 2 hospital there he tol it happened playfully to save his job.later 15 days we were happily living. but after 15 days wen we went to their house at mys for festival they came to know by seeing up d mark. later they started blamiong me. then it became clash between me n his family. after that he reduced speaking with me . one day wen i was watching tv he made big issue calling owner. later with his under his family guidance he has put for counceling. its been 3 months they are simply extending. me and my mom staying at place where me n husband stayed. councelor also their side. first 2 months he gave rent. now they said to cut in advance for owner. i dont kno what is there in there mind. they r not going legally because they know they r false. pl suggest wat need to be done

i got married on 29 – 2-2008. my wife and i had no problems, but it is my in-laws they instigate her for quarrel. The reason is that – we are 5 brothers and 5 sisters. all sisters and two elder brothers are married and living happily. we three brothers one elder to me and other younger lives together. My in-laws used to instigate my wife to get separated and for pateranl property division. But it was refused by all of us. She force me to live separate else she will not live with us. The tension grew so up that on the evening of 19 -11-12 my mother at the age of 68 committed suicide by hanging herself. To save my married life all my family members decided not to blame her as i have three year old daugter, and she was protected from abscuting. But this was not taken as sympathesise by in-laws and they took her to their home. And started torturing us for separation. And as a course of action they complaint under 498a and this has disturbed our lives. Guide and protect us.

THE CASE OF 498A IS REALLY SHARP ARMS IN WOMEN HAND, AND WE KNOW ALL ABOUT THE MAD WOMEN. WHAT WILL BE HAPPENED IF THEY HAVE POWER. IN TERMS OF 498A, CASES OUT OF 100 …. 85% CASES ARE IRRELEVANT AND WITHDRAWING A GOOD AMOUNT OF MONEY FROM GROOM’S FAMILY. WE HAVE SEEN MANY TIME WHILE THE FILED THE CASE OF 498A THE GIRL’S SIDE PULL UP MAXIMUM REPUTED MEMBERS OF BOY’S FAMILY FOR THE DEMANDING MONEY.
THE END OF THIS 498A CASE ONLY COMPROMISING WHICH GIRL’S FAMILY DEMANDED FROM BOY’S FAMILY.

I AM VICTIM OF MY WIFE AND HER FAMILY.

WE HAVE DONE THE MARRIAGE BEFORE 2.5 YEARS AGO, MY WIFE IS LOOKING SO INNOCENT AT THE TIME OF MARRIAGES. AFTER THAT I HAVE FEEL THAT SHE IS PATIENTS OF EPILAPCY ( MIRGI), SHE HAS FITS MANY TIMES, AND WE HAVE CALLED HER MOTHER BUT THERE IS NO ANSWER FROM HER FAMILY’S SIDE. AFTER THAT WE FIND SHE IS DON’T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT FAMILY WORK I.E. COOKING, WASHING CLOTHES, MAINTAINED RELATIONSHIPS WITH FAMILY MEMBERS, WE HAVE BEEN TREATMENT FROM HOSPITALS AS PER DOCTORS … HER PROBLEM IS FROM CHILDHOOD AND REQUIRED PREVIOUS MEDICAL REPORTS. AFTER COMPILING MANY TIME WITH HER FAMILY WE HAVE NOT RECD. ANY SINGLE DOCUMENTS OF HER MEDICAL REPORTS. AND ALSO SHE IS NOT CAPABLE TO BIRTH A CHILD.

SHE IS LEAVING IN HER PARENTS HOME WE HAVE CALLED UP MANY TIMES BUT SHE IS NOT WILLING TO COME MY HOME. SHE IS NOT INTERESTED TO LIVING WITH ME.
SO I AM VERY MY SCARED TO THAT NOT CALLING OF CASE OF 498A . BECOZ WE ARE HONORED FAMILY IN THE TOWN.

SO I HAVE DECIDED TO GET DIVORCED HER .. WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO GET RID OF THE SITUATIONS AND HER ALSO.

498a is just a money extraction technique from innocent husband and their family members…. Currently, husband and their family members are suffering a lot from this law. I don’t understand the existence of such law.

Is government is still thinking that women didn’t outcome the men? Do you find a single woman on this earth who has filed the 498a and found not guilty… Everyone knows how much women are abusing the Indian Judicial System through this law. This law is completely baseless…

Think about those husbands who have suffered in jail because of this unbiased law… Were they able to live happily after such torture? Some of them even committed suicide…!!!

I am wondering why women organizations are protesting the amendment of this law… Just for money and reputation…? Women organization just want to create a judicial system which only supports women whether they are right or WRONG!

My humble appeal is to amend this law and give the sufficient time to husband to prove his innocence or better write-off this law completely. There is no point in putting husband and their family members behind the bars without finding them guilty. What’s the point of taking rapid action against husband? Is wife were sleeping all the time after the marriage!

Create a transparent judicial system which is fully unbiased. Jai Hind!!!

may i know the if they lose the case if i can proceed for prestige lose case against her father and brother .in this case they did not include his brother s name .They put on 2010 April 498a case against me and my family.i lose my mother and my son with me she live my son and gone away and her father and her cousin put this case against us .and they did not include his brothers name and they are not responding . i already get divorce but my lawyer he prolong this case for money. i esquire they are not in there in the given address.they live there and gone away i don’t no where they are pls give me the details if i can put a case of prestige damage against her brother is it is possible pls give me an advice.what i have to do.
