    hi,
i congratulate on the work you and your colleagues are doing .
i am too suffering from the same problem and my Son Jai has been away from me for more than 1 year now.
my wife is a qualified ENT surgeon and did not come back to place of work [Oman] after going to India on emergency leave to get termination of her second pregnancy.we had few arguments on phone and she decided to stay back with my son at her parents place.she would not take phones or reply to my e mails.
since then i visited twice India and only once i was allowed to meet my son.the second time they assaulted me and i had to undergo knee surgery. the demand was i should leave my job in Oman and settle down in Mumbai where her parents live.
Now she has filed a case of cruelty and wanting divorce as well as maintenance of 1 lakh RS per month.the allegation put have been baseless and i wonder how our divorce lawyers make such cases without any proof. i feel disappointed of our Indian law in this matter. my father in-law threatened me of filing dowry case if i don’t do things their way for which my parents in India will have to get arrested till the allegation is proved wrong.
in all this no one is really bothered of my son Jai future.i knew my wife was a emotinal person and did not have any say infront of her parents .we had a courtship of 4 years before marriage . now in the name of luxury and living in Mumbai she wants to be divorced live with parents, not allow me to meet my son as he will get confused and also want money from me as maintenance…..as she told me she always expected me to do that even if we had a fight….
and all this Indian LAW supports….
