<description>Till this AD is removed with unconditional apology from Gillette, each of us should not use any of the products of Gillette. Time is changing. These MNC should understand that they cannot project MEN in poor light. This is indeed very cheap that just to boost your sales you had chosen such an AD. This is not creativity but absurdity.

		<description>Well well ...
A. Bollywood hotties ... Ha Ha Ha ...
1. Mugdha Godse, Neha Dhupia and Minissha Lamba ... they are actors that a film maker can hire on a discounted rates as compared to other grade A - female actors. So Gillette saves some money here ... tight budget I think.
2. Hotties ... yes sure they are so hot people leave the theater that show their movies as fast as they can ... And no producers touches them ... Man they are so Hot :)

B. This Campaign
1. Guys ... I have never used these so called Gillette products ever ... Reason ... they are priced too much and there is a definite gap between the price, promise and return ... a fancy plastic handle with shining silver coating does not make the razor as a sharp as one from any other brand. Why should I buy a razor for 180 Rs + and be their slave and keep on buying the cartridges (a pack of 2 ... costs more than 100 Rs. +, well I may not be accurate with the prices ... as I do not buy them but have seen its labels some times).
2. So my motto is save you self of being the salve of their products. We have better things to buy :)

<description>Strong international brands along with an equally strong parentage have helped the company fetch a premium pricing for its products. While Gillette has not been very aggressive when it comes to pushing sales, it has steadfastly worked at maintaining its operating profit margin at close to the average level of 38%.

However, the company’s revenues and earnings have largely been stagnant over the past three years. It has rather reported a drop in profits during the past two consecutive years. On a trailing four-quarter basis, the company has shown a marginal improvement in topline QoQ, while logging an average operating profit margin of 38% over the past 12 quarters.
